“We offer a more personal service, we are a fairly small concise team here but we all know our product range very well, and many of us use them in some form or other so we are familiar with them, and that’s really the main difference as we can offer a degree of an individual service – to understand what the customer’s request is and tailor our solution accordingly.
We first started using SuperOffice back in 2003, so some 13 years ago. One of the main problems of growing was making valuable information available to everybody as we grew. It was also compounding, becoming more and more difficult as the team grew.
The IT literacy was a big issue for us because we did not have any IT, so it was a massive step forward to put it in.”
