Project Overview

Whitehouse were particularly interested in system improvements to their CRM, credit control and costing functions. During this time, they were using Microsoft Dynamics NAV 3.7 which had been customised and modified by their previous NAV reseller and was now in need of updating. The proposed upgrade would enable them to access the latest features and benefit from new functionalities.

The Company

Whitehouse Leisure is an importer and distributor of soft toys and novelty goods to the leisure, amusement and retail trade. Whitehouse have a large product range including plush soft toys, confectionery, games and electronic goods. The company operates across Europe in several different markets and works with some of the largest leisure companies and retailers in the industry.

The Solution

Whitehouse wanted a Microsoft Dynamics NAV specialist who would be able to provide a commercially viable solution that could scale over time. They sought out and appointed Michael Gibbs to manage their project and to provide ongoing support.
