BridgeWMS can help with a variety of different processes including stock takes, goods receipts, picking orders, stock movements and transfers. BrideWMS also features real-time updates, for the most up-to-date stock control possible.

The BridgeWMS software provides users with complete stock management via the use of a hand-held device. This combination of hardware and the Bridge Live software means an ERP/MRP system can be updated in real-time from the warehouse floor, saving time and money.

BridgeWMS comes in a number of different modules, to enable users to tailor the solution to the individual needs of their company:

  • Job Costing: By applying job cost codes to each work item, BridgeWMS Job Costing synchronises the multiple tasks required to complete an order. A hand-held device can be used to issue and return items to stock or move them to a different location. Job and cost codes can be saved as defaults for future orders reducing lead time and increasing efficiency.
  • Purchase Order Processing: makes it possible to create and print purchase orders from the Warehouse. Create new Purchase Orders, send Purchase Orders and receive purchase order goods all from the hand-held device. Bridge POP improves the stock replenishing process reducing the need to hold large quantities of stock on site.
  • Stock Processing: Bridge Stock Processing simplifies and automates the day-to-day management of inventory. Through the use of barcode technology, stock transfers, stock movements, and stock takes can be completed in a fraction of the time.
  • Sales Order Processing: Create new sales orders, generate picking lists and pick sales orders all from the warehouse, with a hand-held device. Bridge sales order processing helps with customer satisfaction by increasing the efficiency order fulfilment.
  • Courier: Complete a sales order from the hand-held device to the server and upload the delivery details to your courier using a simple step-by-step process, decreasing lead times and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Label Manager: Link NiceLabel Automation with BridgeWMS to produce company branded labels from the information from your sales orders. Eliminate inaccuracies of delivery and increase the speed and efficiency of order completion, while giving your packaging a professional look.
  • Kitting: Automatically identify a product by the individual parts and create a detailed sales order listing them as separate items to be picked. BridgeWMS Kitting increases the efficiency of part picking and decreases manufacturing lead times.
  • BridgeWMS Call Manager: Simplify the management of all your outstanding support calls and increase customer satisfaction with BridgeWMS Call Manager. This module provides a platform to collate all the information needed to effectively manage your customers’ needs, automating email communication to keep them informed.
  • Amazon/EDI Link: Automate the process of creating sales orders from your Amazon online store with MJM BridgeWMS Amazon/EDI Link. Create a sales order document within minutes from Amazon or your own website, ready to be authorised for download to any handheld device, thereby decreasing lead time, and increasing efficiency.
  • Proof of Delivery: Keep track of the delivery of your orders by recording signatures for receipt of goods confirmations. This will increase traceability and reduce the risk of lost packages.
  • Traceability: If your product is built from multiple parts produced by multiple suppliers, BridgeWMS Traceability will keep track of all items using serial or batch numbers. This will provide the ability to see the movements of all items and provide the ability to recall any faulty parts.
  • Works Order Manager: If you need to identify one order and follow its progress, BridgeWMS Works Order Manager is the module you need. Orders can be added to a board and tracked through all stages of production by order number, product code and operation stage. Each item or order is kept updated by scanning with a handheld device at each stage of the process.
  • Mobile Sales: If you need to take orders outside of the office, then BridgeWMS Mobile Sales will give you the ability to create a sales order wherever you are, provided you have a connection to the internet. Decrease lead times, and increase efficiency by allowing you to place and process orders on the same day, even if out on site.
  • MultiBin: Manage the location of an item of stock across multiple bins and locations with BridgeWMS Multibin. Ensure stock will never go out of date, using an automated first in, first out (FIFO) approach, and allow complete stock management between bin locations with multiple quarantine locations.
