On 12th April 2024, our partner Microsoft announced the first updates to Dynamics 365 pricing in over 5 years. Dynamics 365 has revolutionised CRM and ERP processes with connected applications across business lines, from marketing, sales, field and customer service to finance, operations, and supply chain. Every year, Microsoft has released hundreds of new features and enhancements aimed at assisting people in working more efficiently, saving time, and collaborating with ease. The following is a list of products whose pricing will change as of 1st October 2024:

The customer engagement and operations prices for Dynamics 365 on-premises will rise by the same amount as the corresponding cloud versions. The cost of cloud products that aren’t on this list, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, won’t alter.
The items will be priced similarly in other currencies, and these increases will be applicable to both new and existing clients worldwide (upon renewal as of 1st October 2024).

- All rates are per user, per month (or, if specified, per device, per month).

- Every tier of Microsoft Relationship Sales pricing will see a $15 increase per user per month. For convenience, only user tiers 10-99 are displayed.
