Synergy Technology is thrilled to announce that it has raised £4,000 in just a few months, for Action Medical Research in the gruelling triathlon event, Race the Sun. The dawn to dusk triple challenge held in the Lake District National Park, took our two teams of four on a majestic journey pushing them to their limits.
Lara Goddard, Head of HR at Synergy Technology confirms, “This was a fantastic challenge, and the teams were excited to take part and to raise the funds for Action Medical Research for children. It was tough, however all the participants did wonderfully on the day despite they hadn’t had long to train for the event. We are truly grateful for every donation received.”
Jade Doutre, Corporate Fundraiser at Action Medical Research agrees, “All the teams taking part did amazing and a huge thanks to Synergy Technology for their efforts.”
The Synergy Technology team have been hard at work prior to the event with baking for cash and creating a video for social sharing to raise the profile of the challenge they were undertaking. Lara adds, “Over the years Synergy Technology has supported many charities and we encourage our team to support causes that are close to their hearts and minds. We are proud to have participated Race the Sun and wish Action Medical Research all the very best with future events and fundraising efforts. Thank you to everyone who supported us.”
