SuperOffice Mobile CRM Version 11.1.7 Update

SuperOffice has announced the release of Mobile CRM version 11.1.7 — a minor update that focuses on performance improvements, bug fixes, and several small enhancements designed to make everyday use simpler and more reliable. The new version is being submitted to the Apple App Store and Google Play, with updates typically completing within a day of submission.


What’s New

  • Improved handling of all-day events:
    The Diary now supports a clearer view of multiple “all day” activities. When more than two such events appear on a given day, a “show more” option allows users to expand the list and view all relevant entries.

  • New person type icons:
    In both the Company and Projects views, person lists now include an icon that differentiates between colleagues and external contacts, helping users quickly identify internal and external participants within each record.

Bug Fixes and Technical Improvements

This release also includes several corrections and refinements, including:

  • Issues with opening appointments and CrmScript UI displays.

  • Adjustments to ensure dashboards, diary views, and sale date screens behave consistently across devices.

  • Fixes for visual alignment and screen titles.

  • Corrections to ticket message handling, mandatory field notifications, and list behaviour.

  • Updates to button functionality and layout when operating in dual-screen mode.

  • General interface alignment to bring Mobile CRM in line with the web version.

This version applies to:

  • SuperOffice Mobile CRM for iOS (available from the Apple App Store)

  • SuperOffice Mobile CRM for Android (available from Google Play)


System Requirements

To install version 11.1.7, users will need:

  • SuperOffice version 9.1 or later

  • Android 9.0 or newer, or iOS 15.0 or newer

*Update*

On 22/01/26, SuperOffice Released Mobile CRM version 11.1.8

This release fixes a crash in the Diary experienced by some users when Red Letter Days or All-Day events were present, which occurred only in certain languages, namely German, so shouldn’t affect any Synergy Technology users.
NB: The Release Date mentioned is the date SuperOffice submit the new version to the App stores. The App stores will typically use one day to update the App stores with the new Mobile CRM version.
