Updates add new functionality to Opera 3
Pegasus introduced the facility to email P45’s from this year’s Pegasus payroll upgrade for Opera 3 Version 2.93.00 and further improvements added in Version 2.94.00.
There is some set-up required before you would be able to proceed using this enhanced functionality. Below are the steps required.
The email cover for P45’s, is the text which appears on the email sent to the employee.
From the Payroll tab, select E-mail Admin:
Select Design E-mail Covers:
Select Group where applicable:
Amend the following design to your desired requirements:
Once you have created your email cover you are nearly ready to use this functionality.
Please note those employees flagged for email payslips and P60’s will automatically be flagged for P45’s, should the employee request a printed P45 then this option should be unticked.
P45’s can be found from Periodical Reports, also you can add up to 3 attachments on your email P45:
