Zetadocs Express can add the following functions to your software:
- Drag & Drop – Easily drag and drop any file or attachment onto a record in Business Central or NAV. These items are them archived electronically, seamlessly linked to the record and listed in the Documents FactBox.
- Save & Send – Simply click the ‘send’ button to email a Business Central or NAV report as a PDF file, simultaneously creating an archived, on-screen copy for straightforward retrieval in future.
- Archive Electronically – Easily store your documents locally, in SharePoint Server, or Office 365’s SharePoint Online.
Using these functions, your finance department can keep track of any documentation more easily than ever before. This can prove indispensable for tasks such as expense management where records of receipts and invoices can now be kept immediately to-hand.
