When customers go from Business Central On-Premises to the Cloud, it was originally stated that they will receive a discount. This discount was intended to last up until for October, but Microsoft has announced recently that the offer has been extended/renewed.
If you are moving from On-Premises to the Cloud, you should be made aware that new “From SA” SKUs are available from 1st October 2019, in which all Dynamics on-premises customers with an active Enhancement plan are eligible, independent of licensed products, edition or version, to use the new “From SA” SKUs.
To receive the discount, you need to ensure that the number of users in the new license needs to be the same as the users in the current license. If you are wanting to buy more users, then the regular pricing will apply.
