Our partners Pryme Global have announced some important upcoming changes to their pricing and product structure, effective from 1 January 2026. These updates are designed to simplify how Pryme’s comprehensive portfolio of apps is presented and priced, ultimately delivering better value and supporting ongoing investment in innovation.
What’s Changing?
1. New Pryme Apps
The updated price list includes a range of exciting new and recently launched apps:

2. New Industry Packages
To make it easier for customers to access relevant functionality and for partners to offer tailored solutions, Pryme is introducing Industry Packages. These bundles provide up to a 25% discount on included apps on top of existing volume discounts. The packages available are:

ACCOUNTING: Advanced Projects, Matters, Time, Project Subcontracting, Project Work Planning

CONSTRUCTION: Advanced Projects, Project Work Planning

CONSTRUCTION UK/IE: Advanced Projects, CIS/RCT Tax Retention, Project Work Planning
Please note: Pryme Matters will no longer be available for separate purchase and will only be included in the Legal and Accounting Industry Packages.
3. Bundled Tiers
The tier structure has been simplified to lower administrative complexity and support larger deployments. New tiers are: 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, 600, 800, and 1000 users.
4. Ordering and Licensing
From January 2026, annual subscriptions will require annual or quarterly billing in advance. Monthly invoicing for annual subscription periods will no longer be offered.
Pricing Adjustments
Prices will be adjusted to better reflect product value, usage patterns, and general pricing indexes. Some key points are:

Advanced Projects per-user pricing will increase by 8%, with bundled pricing rising 8% for tiers of 100 users and above, and between 10-20% for smaller tiers (25-50-75 users).

Pryme Time pricing follows the same adjustment as Advanced Projects.

Intercompany Master Data pricing will be based on ‘per production environment’ with changes ranging from 0% to 6%.

Intercompany Projects will see an 8% price adjustment.

CIS/RCT/IRPF tax retention pricing will increase by 15% but continues to cover unlimited companies.

Fund Management pricing will increase by 8%.
-
AP Automation pricing remains unchanged at a low €0.35 per document.
Discount Models
The discount structure has been revised to simplify and concentrate value delivery:

Volume discounts (bundled pricing) remain unchanged.

Pryme Multi-App Discount has been replaced by the Industry Package Discount.

Industry Package Discount offers up to 25% off included apps, on top of volume discounts.

Nonprofit Entitlement Discount still provides an additional 12% discount on Advanced Projects and Pryme Fund Management beyond other discounts.
Effective Dates

These new pricing and product structure changes will apply to all new and renewed subscriptions from 1 January 2026.

Current pricing remains valid until 31 December 2025.
