Last week Chris Massen, CRM Consultant at Synergy Technology took us through the main new features of Dynamics 365 Sales 2023 Release Wave 2.
For 2023 Release Wave 2, Microsoft has continued to use data and AI to help the sales team prioritise their engagement. The introduction of Copilot in Dynamics 365 Sales helps salespeople reduce admin and speed up the sales process by providing recommendations, summarising data, quickly retrieving information, and performing actions in context and within the flow of work.
