SaaS clients of Microsoft Business Central are experiencing an error when they use Business Central. This issue is known by Microsoft.
For those experiencing the problem, it seems that it is related to the connection between the browser and the web server. When the web browser tries to connect to the server, it gets terminated and when it tries to reconnect, it gets stuck in an infinite loop displaying a “working on it” message.
The team at Microsoft are currently preparing a hotfix for the issue and it is due to be released soon. However, the mitigation option suggested as a “workaround”, is simply to refresh the browser.
If this doesn’t work, the hotfix should be released shortly.
