Designed for you, on your Business Central or NAV platform, the Express editions of Zetadocs Delivery and Zetadocs Capture are foundation document management modules and are available for up to four users at no software costs. You can use them to drag and drop documents directly onto the Business Central or NAV records that they relate to. Also, you can use them to save and send reports via email.
The documents are archived centrally for shared access and you can use Zetadocs to send batches of personalised documents electronically.

Zetadocs Delivery allows you to email any report as a PDF directly from within Business Central of NAV by saving copies automatically to an electronic archive. You can send from the online web client or using the mobile app on your devices, whether you’re in the office or on the go.
Expense management for Business Central is available for up to 25 users at no software cost and allows your employees to submit expenses via the app. This enables managers or senior execs to approve online and for finance teams to export them directly to Business Central.
When approved expenses are exported into Business Central, by creating a purchase invoice and/or journal entry, it’s possible to customise the process so that it suits your needs exactly.
